We had to say goodbye to Collette on Sunday. It was a tough decision, but she went downhill very quickly and she was suffering and in a great deal of pain. She was a sweet girl and willingly put up with Benjamin. We truly changed her world the day we brought Ben home, but she accepted it as best as she could. She was almost 10 and didn't like change too well. Although she and Ben were not the best of friends, he willingly shared many tasty treats with her.
