Abby and Mama took a trip to MO at the end of September to see Mama's family. We went especially to see Grandma Lu, who had been in the hospital. It was great to spend some time with family and Abby enjoyed meeting the family.

It has taken me awhile to get a moment to post pictures, but here are some of my favorites.

Abby liked Aunt Saretta's doggies. She kept calling them "Apple", the name of our dog at home. And despite her affection, the dogs were not too sure about her.

On Saturday, we visited Aunt Mildred and Uncle Raymen on the farm. Ed just got a new, slightly used, combine. It looks just like the combine bull in the movie Cars. I want to bring Ben back to MO just so he can see the combine. I know he will be impressed. Abby wasn't as excited about the combine as Mama, but she did climb up for a picture.

We went to the pond at the farm and Abby started taking her clothes off so she could jump in the water.

Someone dropped off a cat out in the country where my mom lives and it ended up at her door crying for food. The kitty was very friendly and Abby liked playing with her. While in MO, Abby met her second cousin, Vance, who is 10 months old. When not outside with the cat, they kept an eye on her through the front door.

Abby enjoyed playing with Vance, but she did not want to share her Mama!
