Camping!!!

We went camping over the Labor weekend and had a great time. Mama got sick, but despite that we all had fun. Lilly and Aunt Melanie and Uncle Logan joined us. We also took Applesauce, and she did great!

Ben and Lilly played together most of the weekend with Ben only bossing her around occasionally. At first there was only one yellow chair (it was Lilly's) and it was a point of contention. So we ran to Walgreen's and got Ben one so they could both sit in their chairs. Our campsite had a set of stairs leading to the drive. The kids spent most of the day going up and down those steps. It was a great place for them to play.

We took the kids to a nearby creek on Sunday afternoon for a picnic lunch and a chance to play in the water.

Ben slept in between Papa and Mama each night. He did pretty well, but Mama did wake up with feet in her face a few times. He also fell head first off the blow up mattress. This is one of my favorite pictures of him sleeping. He tucked himself in with his little bottom up in the air.
