Christmas with John and Delores

We have awesome neighbors. Our kids call them Grandpa John and Grandma Delores. They are leaving tomorrow to spend Christmas in California with their grandson, Grant. They came by tonight to bring gifts for the kids. They called ahead, so I told the kids John and Delores were on their way over with presents. All three kids hung out by the door watching and waiting for them to arrive. Once they came, they accepted their presents with the appropriate "thank you" and began to unwrap. This was the first gift opening of the season. Libby had no problem, but Abby would tear off a piece and take it to the trash can. We finally had to just help her get the thing open. Once open, and taken out of the packaging, Abby pulled hers into her arms and said "mine". So, the Holiday starts. :)
