We could really use your prayers. We continue to face delays with our court date. Today we were asked to redo a document for the third time. The judge is being very picky about how the document is worded. We cannot get a court date until this new document is in the hands of the judge. We are hoping to get it notarized and apostilled tomorrow, then DHL it directly to Tomsk, Russia. Please pray it arrives safely and quickly.

Also, we learned earlier today that one of our agencies goofed a bit. We had a pile of documents that we pulled together in record time. Despite our notes on the docs that they were urgent, the agency sent them from Moscow to Tomsk via regular mail, which can take as long as 10 days to get there. Please pray the documents make it to Tomsk and do so in a timely manner. It does not look like the judge will not have our documents by June 9, as requested, but she understands the delay.

It has been 3 months since we saw our girls and we are very anxious to get them home. We really thought we would be home with them by now, and the delays are weighing on Mama. I appreciate your prayers.

Pam Brian and Benjamin, just to let you know we will continue to pray about the adoption and that it will be happening soon. I will mention this to our life group also. Dad
