It has been quiet around here, so there is not much to share. We took Benjamin to see the movie "Cars" on Saturday and he seemed to really enjoy it. He loves playing with cars and trucks and can make a motor noise like none I have ever heard.

Things continue to go smoothly. We are having a wonderful time with our little guy. For the most part, Benjamin is affectionate, playful and a joy to be around. When he is sleeping he is angelic! I think God made them so adorable when they sleep so parents can just look at God's beautiful creation.

And when he is eating he is so very happy. Meals are a favorite time of his, despite the fact that he is becoming more and more picky. We can't get him to eat vegetables much anymore! I can't figure out how he knows the difference between broccoli and macaroni and cheese. Brian made blueberry muffins the other day, and Benjamin enjoyed them. He ended up with a bluebeard from the blueberries.

But he is a 2-year old! And a quite normal one, at that. Just to get an idea... A picture of a recent temper tantrum! He doesn't throw them too often, but he does know how. I think this fit was about not getting more grapes. If he only knew what eating too many grapes can do.

Sleeping, eating, playing or even tantruming - What a blessing Benjamin is to us!
