Fun Tuesday nights! Tuesday is the night Ben and I get to spend together. Brian paints on Tuesday evenings, so it's just Ben and I! We had a great time tonight. Ben went to his first movie with Daddy this morning, and had a great time. But since he spent most of his morning in the stroller, he had a lot of physical energy to burn tonight. We have spent most of the evening wrestling and rolling around on the floor. We had a healthy dinner of fish sticks, tater tots and peas! I must confess, Ben did not eat all of his peas. Ben has giggled through most of the evening. He really enjoyed his bath time tonight. Bath time and bed time are some of my favorite time with Ben. As soon as I start running bath water, Ben begins running from the living room to the bathroom hollering and clapping. While running back and forth, he pauses a few minutes to throw some bath toys into the tub. Once there is enough water, I have to catch him and get him ready. We play "skin the cat" everytime we pull his shirt off and he just giggles. He spends most of the time in the tub playing with his toys. Tonight he learned to spin himself around in the tub water. When he is done, he begins handing me the toys to put away and then tries to pull the drain (usually requires some help). Once all the toys are out, he holds his hands out and just giggles up a storm. I lay the towel on my lap, grab him up and set him on my lap, then wrap the towel around him. He just laughs and laughs, then peaks out of the towel and reaches to kiss me. What fun! Unfortunately, in all our fun tonight, I could not find the camera.
