We've had another great weekend. We spent a lazy Saturday together, playing and eating. Saturdays are laundry day in the Freeman house, and Ben loves to help with laundry. He likes to pull clothes out so he can play with the empty laundry basket. I am trying to teach him to fold them as he pulls them out.

Saturday afternoon we babysat Lilly while Aunt Melanie and Uncle Logan went to a movie. For the most part, Ben does not seem to notice Lilly, until she cries, then he is there to pat her and make her better. He was very interested in Lilly's bottle and pacifier. I caught him helping put her pacifier back in, and thought it was so sweet, then I quickly realized he had taken it out of her mouth in the first place!

Ben wore one of my favorite outfits to church on Sunday. I tried to get a good picture of him, but it IS so difficult to get him to stop long enough to get a picture. While trying to get this one, I took 3 pictures that ended up having no one in them! Ben just moves too fast. :)

Pam I have a few questions. Ben's outfits are so cute. What size is he wearing? Is that a little second chin I see on him? How is the English lessons coming? Inquiring minds want to know. Is the reason he doesn't stay still very long due to all the new adventures he has never had before? You have never said what experiences he had in Russia. Looked like a pretty nice place in the video.
Again, we are enjoying the pictures and blog so much.

Ben is quickly outgrowing his 18 months clothes. He is still wearing that size, but they get tighter and shorter. We are glad to see he is gaining weight. He English seems to be coming along well. He understands most of what we say to him. He doesn't say too many words, but he is learning. We are trying to make him talk or sign instead of grunting. Always a challenge. We don't know much about Ben's life in Russia. The orphange looked nice, but that is about all we can tell. The kids were outside playing, which was good to see. I am sure he received a lot of attention, they had mentioned he was a "pet" of the group. Glad you are enjoying the pics!
