It's all coming together.

We had a slight scare this morning, as there had been some confusion and our agency had not purchased tickets for Ben and Melanie to fly from Moscow to Tomsk. They were going to call if they could not get tickets, so we are under the impression all is well. Actually, I am confident all is well, as this was a good reminder that God is in control. Despite my best efforts to keep tabs on everything, something slid by. But no worry, God has been keeping tabs on it all. It's good for me to remember that as we set off on a trip where we have so little control and so little knowledge of what to expect. God is before us, beside us and he's holding up the rear as well. We are taken care of!

We are almost packed. Just a few little last minute items to throw in as we get ready in the morning (is 3:00 am morning?). We are over on weight by about 25 pounds, but we just can't help it. It feels like we are taking next to nothing, but with the gifts for the workers, a few necessary food supplies, a laptop, camera, video camera and clothes for 5 people, it's impossible to keep it at 40 pounds per person (120 pounds for the three of us traveling). This doesn't matter until we travel from Moscow to Tomsk, so we will see what it cost us. We appreciate your prayers that it doesn't cost us much.

On Sunday Heather took this picture of our family of three. It is our last little picture of the Freeman Three.
