Today started out like all the other days... (we feel like we are living a version of the Groundhog Day movie). But when we got to the baby home to see Abby, Leo suggested we take her with us for the day! A little while later, we surprised Melanie and knocked on the hotel room door with Abby in tow.

Abby and Ben took a nap together, but Ben woke her up a little early. I think he was curious and tried to poke at her a bit while she was sleeping. She woke up crying, but the tears didn't last long. We played in the hotel room, and then took a walk to the park. She is already copying her big brother. On the way back, he was walking on the curb, balancing with one foot in front of the other. She had to do the same thing, but required help from Mama. It was so cute to see her coyping Ben.

We played some more and then it was time to take her back to the baby home. She was so much fun. Giggled, smiled and was even a bit mischevious. It was nice to see her personality. After taking her back to the home, Ben asked where Abby was. I think he misses her.

I'm so glad your court went well and that you are enjoying family time together...I hope you are feeling better, Pam, with your allergic reaction?

We're back and recovering from jet lag!

God bless,

Good to hear you got to spend sometime with Abby. Sounds like she enjoyed herself, even to the extent of copying her big brother. Sure he has alot of things to shows his sisters when you all get home.

Pam,
How fun to get to take each of the girls with you for a day. I hope this will help with their transition. It was Abby that cried a lot at the orphanage, right? Sounds like things went better when she was with you for the day.
