We had a great time with Ben and Libby's birthday party. The kids loved the jumping castle. We tried a game of "Pass the Puppy" (aka hot potato), but they didn't seem to understand the game. We then did If You're Happy and You Know It, followed by Ben's favorite, the Crazy Dance. Our party had a dog theme, so we served all the snack items in dog bowls. We served Cocoa Puffs, which looked a lot like dog food in the dog bowl. We also had Goldfish and People Puppy Chow. Ben and Libby shared a cake. I made it, and Brian cut it out to look like a dog bone, then we used white whip cream for icing. It was cute. The kids were given doggie noses to wear, instead of birthday hats. All in all it was a cute theme.
Ben's friend, Tristen, came to the party as well as his sister Mackenzie. Tristen is in Ben's class at school and Mackenzie is in Libby's class. Another friend of Libby's also came, her name is Jadyn. Luke and Lilly were also there to celebrate, as well as Uncle Jerry.
Here's some pictures.
